ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve K-8 students at two school sites near Henderson, MN. The contract supports a flexible 30–32 hour work week, with a start as soon as possible and a finish date of June 6, 2025, no summer hours, and potential extension into the 2025–2026 year.

CFs and SLPA candidates are welcome, requiring MN licensure or eligibility. The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and families and involves travel between campuses as needed.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid SLP licensure in Minnesota, or eligibility for licensure
• Open to SLP Certified Clinical Fellows (CF) and SLPA candidates
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with school-age children (K-8th grade) preferred
• Ability to work at two different school sites throughout the week
• Collaborative and adaptable team player

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
• Engage students in fun, meaningful activities that support speech-language growth
• Travel between assigned campuses as needed
