Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-5 students in a Minnesota school for the 2026-2027 year. The contract runs December 14, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with a full-time 40-hour workweek (7:45 am – 3:45 pm) and a caseload of roughly 57 elementary learners.

Ideal candidates bring a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, school-based licensure, and a collaborative approach to direct intervention and team-driven responsibilities, including supervising a Tier 2 SLP at the

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active SLP licensure/certification as required for school-based practice.
Prior experience in a school setting preferred.
Strong understanding of IEP processes and due process documentation.
Ability to provide leadership and supervise a Tier 2 SLP at the secondary level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-5 students.
Conduct IEP meetings and maintain accurate, timely due process records.
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized goals for students’ growth.
Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to ensure holistic support.
Supervise and mentor a Tier 2 SLP colleague at a secondary campus.
Participate in staff meetings and actively contribute to a positive school environment.
