Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary and middle school students in a full-time contract for the 2026-2027 school year, starting in August 2026 and through June 2027, with part-time flexibility.

You'll assess and treat communication needs, collaborate with teachers and families to develop IEPs, maintain records, and deliver services in both individual and small groups, in a student-centered, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification strongly preferred
• School-based experience strongly valued
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Deliver direct and consultative services both individually and in small groups
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
