Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required.
• Experience teaching reading, literacy, or providing academic intervention.
• Familiarity with MTSS/RTI frameworks and progress monitoring.
• Ability to analyze assessment data and inform instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted small-group reading intervention for K–8 students.
• Deliver explicit, systematic literacy instruction (phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension).
• Use progress data to identify needs, monitor growth, and adjust teaching.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to strengthen literacy outcomes.
• Participate in MTSS/RTI meetings and document intervention plans.
