Qualifications

• Educational aide or educator licensure is required.
• 1–2 years of experience with students with special needs preferred.
• Must be mature, patient, and able to support students academically and emotionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with technology and computer-based learning as directed.
• Support teachers with academic requirements and grade-appropriate work.
• Work with small groups to provide targeted instruction.
• Follow safety plans and school guidelines; participate in required training.
• Record and report student progress and assist with assessments.
• Assist with lifting or personal care as needed for student safety.
