Job summary

Constellation Schools is seeking a qualified Instructional Paraprofessional in Cleveland, OH for the 2026-2027 school year. You will assist with technology, support teachers, and work with small groups to boost student learning, while ensuring safety and following all regulations.

Ideal candidates hold Educational aide licensure, show patience, reliability, and teamwork, and can engage students academically and emotionally, including one-to-one support when needed.

Qualifications

• Educational aide or educator licensure required (ESEA Qualified).
• 1–2 years’ experience preferred with students with special needs.
• Maturity and patience to support students academically and emotionally.
• Able to identify and refer situations to the Principal as needed.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in own work; maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with technology and computer-based learning as directed.
• Support teacher with academic requirements and grade-appropriate work.
• Work with small groups for targeted instruction.
• Follow safety plans and school guidelines; assist with student safety as needed.
• Participate in required training and complete paperwork as assigned.
• Collaborate with administrators, staff and parents to support student success.
