Job summary

Constellation Schools is seeking an Instructional Paraprofessional in Cleveland, Ohio for the 2026-2027 School Year. The role includes assisting with instructional activities, supporting teachers, and helping students with academic and social development.

Qualifications

• Educational aide licensure required.
• 1–2 years’ experience with students with special needs preferred.
• Able to support students academically and emotionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with technology and computer-based learning.
• Support teacher with lesson objectives and graded work.
• Work with small groups and one-to-one with students as needed.
• Follow safety plans and school rules.
• Participate in required training (Safe Schools).
• Assist with papers and administrative tasks.
