Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based behavioral intervention plans.
• Use critical thinking to assess progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a safe school environment to foster positive connections.
• Coordinate and prioritize building response to student behavior.
• Deliver instructional materials with support staff.
• Apply self-regulation and skill-building techniques for student growth.
• Manage student aggression with intervention plans and de-escalation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.
