Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Florida educator certificate required.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year classroom teaching experience, preferably elementary.
• Strong knowledge of literacy instruction and intervention strategies.
• Experience using assessment data to guide instruction.
• Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver differentiated small-group literacy instruction aligned with Floridas B.E.S.T. Standards.
• Provide targeted literacy interventions based on assessment data.
• Develop engaging lessons strengthening phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and writing connections.
• Differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs.
• Monitor and analyze student progress to guide instruction.
• Collaborate with Instructional Coach, Site Coordinator, and staff to support student success.
