Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires expertise in mathematics instruction and intervention and early numeracy interventions.
• Master's degree or completion of recommended professional development, or both.
• Hold a valid Alabama professional educator certificate in ECE, elementary, or special education.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 1 instruction improvement and support for K-5 students.
• Collaborate with principal and faculty to implement coaching plans.
• Facilitate schoolwide mathematics professional learning and modeling lessons.
• Model evidence-based mathematics instructional strategies for teachers.
• Mentor and coach teachers to use data to differentiate instruction.
