Banning Lewis Ranch Academy is seeking a K-5 Elementary Classroom Teacher to join our on-site team in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on delivering rigorous, standards-aligned instruction while fostering a culture of reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking across content areas.

Responsibilities include differentiating instruction for diverse learners, analyzing assessment data, collaborating with colleagues, and engaging families to support student learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is required.
• Valid Colorado Teaching License or ability to obtain one.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children.
• Must successfully complete a background check.
