  • Monitor progress and adjust instruction to ensure growth.
  • Develop and implement compliant IEPs and ensure services are delivered as outlined.
  • Lead IEP meetings and maintain timely documentation including progress logs.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive practices.
  • Use multiple data sources to inform instruction and IEP goal development.
  • Support Behavior Interventions and PBIS within the classroom.
  • Maintain professional communication with families regarding student progress.
