Qualifications

• Dependable with a history of good attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt from feedback.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks (email, online navigation).
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead tutoring sessions and follow a school schedule for student support.
• Track student progress and meet with the onsite coach regularly.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter scores into data software.
• Commit to personal growth through coaching and training.
• Share experience with the community.
