Job summary

Math Corps, powered by Ampact, seeks a Math Tutor to work in Minnesota schools, delivering small-group math practice (20-30 min per session) to up to 3 students. Full-time roles run 35 hours/week; part-time positions are 25 hours/week, August 2026–June 2027. Training and coaching will be provided to help you support student growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; read, write, and speak.
• Citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
• Able to successfully complete a background check.
• Dependable with good attendance.
• Basic computer skills (email, online navigation).

Responsibilities

• Be a caring adult focused on helping children thrive.
• Lead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule for student support.
• Track student progress and meet with the on-site coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter scores in data software.
• Commit to growth through coaching and training.
• Share experiences with the community.
