Job summary

Ampact is hiring Math Corps tutors to support students with math skills in local schools during the 2026-27 school year. The role involves delivering 20- to 30-minute tutoring sessions to groups of up to three students, following a set schedule and reporting progress to the onsite coach.

Training will be provided to ensure effective tutoring and growth in your role. Compensation includes an $18.89/hour stipend, with additional benefits such as health insurance, childcare assistance, and

Qualifications

Dependable with good attendance.
Able to follow instructions and improve based on feedback.
Proficient in basic computer skills (email, online tasks).
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
Able to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

Lead tutoring sessions and follow a schedule to ensure students receive support.
Track student progress and meet regularly with the school's onsite coach.
