Job summary

Crossover is seeking a Reading Program Coordinator to lead structured-literacy workshops for K-2 students on-site at multiple Alpha campuses, including Tulsa, OK. You will use Orton-Gillingham-based methods and AI-adaptive platforms to drive student learning.

Qualifications include structured-literacy certification or a Master’s in reading instruction and 2+ years of K-2 experience. This is a full-time on-site role with relocation assistance possible.

Qualifications

• Structured-literacy certification OR a Master's degree in reading instruction.
• 2+ years of full-time K-2 structured reading instruction in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Create and run small-group K-2 reading workshops based on structured-literacy principles.
• Lead daily motivational sessions to drive adaptive-app targets.
• Administer and evaluate running records, fluency, and decoding progress.
• Analyze AI-generated performance data to tailor instruction.
• Be the engaging, approachable adult for K-2 students.
