Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist district staff and students with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of hardware and software.
• Offer daily operations and systems support to staff and students.
• Verify functionality of hardware and software components.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.
• Assist staff and students with hardware/software problems and answer their questions.
• Track inventory and work progress in district helpdesk/asset management software.
