Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support Pasadena, TX students. You'll evaluate, treat, and develop IEP-based plans for a diverse caseload across multiple sites, traveling as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP and Texas licensure or eligibility, and have strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Masters in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• Texas licensure or eligibility required.
• Experience in K-12 settings and travel between sites.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language services onsite to students identified for intervention.
• Conduct evaluations and document findings per district standards.
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to develop and implement IEPs.
• Communicate with families to support carryover of therapy strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and meet state/federal guidelines.
• Attend meetings and professional development sessions as required.
