Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for a full-time contract in a vibrant K-12 setting in Hitchcock, TX. You will conduct evaluations, develop and monitor IEPs, and provide evidence-based speech-language services to a diverse caseload.

The assignment runs from August 11, 2026, to May 27, 2027, with weekly pay, comprehensive insurance options, 401(k) matching, and a supportive team that collaborates with teachers and families to foster student growth.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech and Language Pathologist certification required.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience with school-based services and K-12 populations preferred.
• Confidence in conducting evaluations and developing, implementing, and monitoring IEP goals.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations.
• Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students across grade levels.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by school and district policies.
