Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in the Pasadena, TX area. This contract role involves delivering therapy and assessments to a diverse caseload across multiple school sites.

You will collaborate with educators and families, participate in IEP meetings, and ensure documentation aligns with district requirements. Immediate start with a stable long-term assignment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required and CCC-SLP is required.
• State licensure for practicing as an SLP in schools or eligibility.
• Experience in school-based settings highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students individually and in groups.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to monitor progress.
• Maintain timely documentation in line with district and state requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates.
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse caseload needs.

• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students with diverse needs
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to provide services at multiple locations as assigned

Primary Responsibilities:
