Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support Pasadena, TX students. You'll evaluate, treat, and develop IEP-based plans for a diverse caseload across multiple sites, traveling as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a Masters in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP and Texas licensure or eligibility, and have strong communication and documentation skills.

Job description

Step into an essential role supporting students communication needs with this school-based SLP opportunity, available immediately through the end of the school year. Situated near the Pasadena, TX area, this contract engagement is ideal for passionate professionals eager to make a lasting impact across multiple locations.

As a valued member of a collaborative educational team, youll conduct speech and language assessments, develop individualized plans, and provide direct therapy to a diverse caseload of approximately 60 students. Your expertise will support progress, growth, and success for learners who rely on your guidance.

Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Texas licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong experience in K-12 settings, with comfort traveling between sites
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and effectively prioritize student needs
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:
