Job summary

Thrive Therapies seeks an experienced SLP to deliver evidence-based services to K-12 students. You will evaluate, diagnose, develop IEP goals, and provide direct and consultative therapy while collaborating with teachers, families, and related services providers.

Responsibilities include evaluations, eligibility meetings, and data-driven intervention planning. Sign-on bonus available; compensation aligns to Memphis market with W‑2 base and potential 1099 contracting options.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from a CAA‑accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA, OR active Clinical Fellowship (CF) with CCC‑SLP supervision provided by Thrive
• Active state SLP license in good standing, or documented initiation of licensure transfer prior to start date
• Knowledge of IDEA, IEP process, eligibility criteria, and special education law as it applies to SLP services in K–12 settings

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to K–12 students.
• Develop IEP goals and deliver direct and consultative services.
• Collaborate with education teams, families, and related services providers.
• Maintain accurate service logs and progress notes.
