Job summary

Thrive Therapies is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based services to K–12 students with language disorders, articulation delays, and other communication needs. You will collaborate with school teams and families to implement data-driven intervention plans.

Compensation includes a W‑2 salary with a 10‑month calendar, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development in a supportive, autonomy‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SLP from a CAPCSD‑accredited program.
• CCC‑SLP credential and valid state licensure.
• Immunization and background clearance per district requirements.
• Experience in school settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized tools.
• Develop and implement IEP/504 goals with measurable outcomes.
• Deliver direct and consultative speech‑language services across domains.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and data.
• Collaborate with education staff to embed language-learning strategies.
• Participate in IEP/ARD meetings and advisory decisions.
• Maintain ASHA‑compliant, state‑regulated caseloads.

Education

Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (CAPCSD‑accredited)

CCC‑SLP from ASHA

State licensure as Speech‑Language Pathologist
