Career Links is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based assignment. You will deliver therapy, evaluations, and IEP-driven services within a collaborative team, supporting student communication goals.

The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay, with relocation assistance for qualified candidates. CF supervision available and opportunities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• State Teaching Credential (or ability to obtain).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA (preferred).
• Experience in public schools or with IEPs (preferred).
• Familiarity with Medicaid billing practices and compliance.
• Cultural competency with diverse student populations.
• CF supervision available for Clinical Fellows (CFs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in compliance with IDEA and state standards.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students with speech and language impairments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs for compliance.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support goals.
• Attend IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings; engage in professional development.
• Utilize evidence-based strategies and AAC technologies.
• Support inclusive practices and adapt interventions for diverse populations.
• Provide training to staff to generalize communication strategies.
