Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active or eligible state licensure as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcomed.
• Pediatric/school-based experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to diverse student needs and grade levels (K-12).
• Enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork with educators, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
• Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students, adjusting as necessary to meet varied developmental stages.
• Monitor, document, and report student progress toward IEP goals.
• Provide input in multidisciplinary meetings, supporting students academic success.
• Mentor and collaborate with other SLPs and school professionals.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging school environment.
