Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Tacoma, WA to provide evidence-based services to K–12 students. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and develop individual education plans for students with a range of communication needs.

The position offers a competitive salary of $97,000–$105,000, along with benefits such as 401(k) matching, professional development stipends, and no non-compete clause. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in good standing or initiation of licensure transfer.
• Knowledge of IDEA and IEP process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to K–12 students.
• Develop IEP goals and provide direct therapy sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine eligibility for services.
