Unlimited Instruction, LLC invites compassionate educators to lead in its Reynoldsburg, OH pathway program for students in special education. A bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution qualifies you to pursue a provisional SPED license for the 2026-27 school year and beyond.

Responsibilities include building relationships, assessing progress, planning lessons, managing behavior, and collaborating with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university or institution.
• Foundations of special education course or willingness to take it as a term of employment.
• Will work towards obtaining a provisional Special Education License from Ohio.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain relationships with students, peers, administrators, support staff and parents.
• Assess and monitor student achievement and maintain documentation.
• Design and implement instructional strategies and activities.
• Manage student behaviors to create a conducive learning environment.
• Coordinate instructional activities with other staff to maximize learning opportunities.
• Communicate instructional expectations to students and parents; participate in professional development.
