• Design and implement instructional activities for the pathway program.
• Support positive behavior and classroom management.
• Coordinate with other professionals to maximize learning opportunities.
• Engage in professional development and staff meetings.
• Communicate progress to parents through conferences and updates.
• Support IEPs and BSPs as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
