Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC is seeking a K-12 Special Education Pathway Teacher for the St. Louis, MO area in a temporary assignment. Candidates with any bachelor’s degree can participate in the pathways program to become eligible for a provisional SPED license for 2026-27 and beyond.

You will design instructional activities, monitor student achievement, and coordinate with staff while supporting diverse learners and families. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited university or institution.
• Foundations of special education course or willingness to take the course as a term of employment.
• Will work toward obtaining a provisional Special Education License in Missouri.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with students, peers, administrators, support staff and parents.
• Design and implement instructional strategies and activities for students in a pathway program.
• Manage student behaviors to create a positive learning environment.
• Coordinate instructional activities with other staff to maximize learning opportunities.
• Communicate progress to students and parents; participate in staff meetings and professional development.
• Provide development and support for IEPs and related plans.
