Job summary

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver school-based OT services for students in K-12. You will implement interventions under supervision, align therapy with IEP goals, and collaborate with educators across multiple school locations.

The role requires a current COTA credential or active process, experience with IEPs, and effective communication with families and staff.

Qualifications

• COTA credential required or in process.
• Experience with IEPs and special education services preferred.
• Strong collaboration with educators and families.
• Ability to manage crisis situations and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted OT interventions aligned with IEPs.
• Assist OT during evaluations and data collection.
• Maintain documentation of progress and reports.
• Collaborate with school staff to integrate therapy goals into classrooms.
• Support training for staff and families on adaptive equipment.
