Job summary

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs in Pacifica, CA is hiring an Instructional Aide to support students in Grades K-12. You will assist with IEP implementation, provide personalized instruction, and collaborate with teachers in a student-centered setting.

The role emphasizes supervision, documentation, and applying behavioral strategies to help students reach their goals. Starting hourly rate is $22–$24, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic skills testing completed.
• Associate degree or higher preferred in education or related field.
• CA driver’s license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive learning environment.
• Implement individualized instruction and behavioral interventions.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with teachers.
• Document student behaviors and performance accurately and timely.
• Assist in preparing behavioral reports and logs.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and participate in meetings.
