Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in a West Springfield, MA school setting. This contract role offers flexible hours, with options for full-time or part-time work, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to deliver targeted interventions and measure progress.

The ideal candidate holds MA SLP license (or eligibility), CCC-SLP preferred, and experience with diverse K-12 caseloads.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts license or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF eligibility considered.
• Experience with diverse K-12 caseloads is highly preferred.
• Skills in evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders from kindergarten through high school.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress notes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to an inclusive school environment.
