Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 learners in Massachusetts. This contract role offers both full- and part-time schedules, with flexible hours to fit your needs.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, develop IEP-aligned therapy plans, document progress, and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts SLP licensure is required.
• CCC-SLP credential or eligibility is required.
• Experience with K-12 students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine student needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and assessments for compliance.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to integrate therapeutic strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing student-support initiatives.
• Foster a caring and supportive environment encouraging student growth.
