Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Middle School Speech-Language Pathologist to support grades 5-7 near Greenfield, MA in a contract role. The position offers full-time hours, with applicants able to be considered for at least 20 hours per week.

You will work directly with students and staff to deliver vital speech and language services within a school setting. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders, development of intervention plans, and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current or eligible for Massachusetts SLP licensure.
• CCC preferred; CFY welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to middle school students according to IEP mandates.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress and compliance.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff.
• Adapt strategies to address varying student needs within the caseload.
