Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract position in the Fredericksburg, VA area to support two maternity leaves across two schools. The role offers a varied schedule, a broad caseload, and a collaborative school environment focused on student communication skills and academic growth.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and write reports while coordinating with teachers, parents, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure student progress

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFs welcome).
• School-based SLP experience, or strong practicum background in educational settings.
• Ability to manage K-12 caseloads and coordinate across multiple schools.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct and consultative speech-language services to a diverse population of students.
• Conducting evaluations and writing comprehensive reports.
• Developing and implementing effective treatment and intervention plans.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintaining thorough, timely documentation for student progress and compliance.
