Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in a Hollister, NC school setting. This full-time contract role focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and improving communication skills to enhance academic success.

The ideal candidate will hold a North Carolina SLP license with CCC and demonstrate excellent collaboration with educators, families, and staff within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid North Carolina SLP license with CCC.
• Experience in school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Enthusiasm for working with diverse K-12 student populations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Deliver direct therapy services and support students within a full caseload across kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student progress.
• Document evaluations, progress reports, and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
