Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time, school-based contract in Thomasville, NC. The role covers PreK through Grade 12 with a caseload of approximately 35–40 students, requiring on-site work and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The candidate will provide direct therapy, participate in IEP processes, and maintain district documentation using ECATS and Infinite Campus.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina NCDPI Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• ECATS experience is required.
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with SLP-CCC credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and complete assessment reports.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
• Manage caseloads across school sites and grade levels.
• Use ECATS and Infinite Campus for scheduling and reporting.
• Provide consultative services and classroom-based support as needed.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
