Job summary

Soliant is seeking a qualified K–12 School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Hollister, California. The role involves evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, voice, and hearing impairments and delivering individualized therapy in a school setting.

You will collaborate with teachers, SPED staff, and families, attend IEP meetings, and support a K–12 caseload across multiple school sites. California SLP license required; licensing assistance available.

Qualifications

• California Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred.
• Ability to work with a K–12 caseload across multiple school sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing, and language impairments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to support students’ communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring.
• Work with a K–12 caseload across varying age groups and school settings.
