Ampersand Therapy is seeking a full-time School Psychologist for a K-12 school in Windsor, Colorado. You will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to promote student success.

New clinicians are welcome; the role offers a steady school-year schedule, W-2 employment, and benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Psychology (or equivalent).
• Valid Colorado CDE Certification required by start date.
• Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff.
• Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs.
• Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports.
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Education

Master's degree in School Psychology

Colorado CDE Certification
