Job summary

Mesquite ISD is seeking a Food Service Operations Supervisor to oversee campus feeding programs on site. You will supervise Nutrition Specialists, plan menus, manage inventories, and ensure compliance with TDA, USDA, and local health codes.

Strong leadership, sanitation knowledge, and accurate cash handling are essential. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, nutrition certifications preferred, and experience in school food service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a credited sanitation course and maintain certification.
• Texas Association of School Nutrition certification Level 2 (preferred).
• Experience in school food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise campus food service operations on site.
• Plan, order, and edit all food and supplies using the current software system.
• Maintain production records and daily/monthly financial records.
