• Conduct audits and site visits to ensure compliance with meal programs and food safety standards.
• Provide oversight across core components: special meal programs, HACCP, training, and marketing.
• Supervise cafeteria managers and ensure staffing coverage and performance evaluations.
• Travel to assigned cafeterias; participate in meetings and professional development.
