Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems and online reporting tools.
• Background check, fingerprinting, and MVR required; driving required.
• Able to lead and communicate with executive management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation and service to meet quality and portioning standards.
• Train staff and provide positive leadership.
• Ensure cash handling compliance with company and district procedures.
• Participate in hiring decisions with the General Manager.
• Cover operational roles as needed to support daily service.
• Build and develop team performance and leadership skills.
• Maintain communication with district clients and school administrators.
• Control supply costs and support short-staffed units.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
