Sunbelt Staffing is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to support K-12 students in Indiana in full-time contract roles. Two positions exist: maternity leave coverage with potential extension to Jan 2027, and a May 2027 contract with possible permanency if the district does not hire directly.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students from kindergarten through high school.
  • Develop IEP goals and implement therapy sessions in-person and via teletherapy.
  • Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration.
  • Provide support and recommendations to educators and parents regarding speech and language needs.
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse needs of a vibrant school community.

Job description

Exciting opportunities are available for motivated Speech-Language Pathologists to work within a dynamic educational setting supporting K12 students. These full-time contract roles offer the chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of children while collaborating with a supportive team of professionals.


Two positions are available: one provides maternity leave coverage with a strong possibility to extend through January 2027, depending on staffing needs. The other is contracted through May 2027, with the potential for permanency should the district not hire directly. Both positions require commitment to a 37.5-hour workweek, serving a caseload of approximately 60+ students per SLP.


Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility.
  • Experience working in school-based settings and providing services to pediatric populations.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and delivering virtual services preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills when working with educators, families, and students.

Core Responsibilities:
