Job summary

Time To Teach is expanding its national trainer team and seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training refined since 1993. This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role with no quotas, no curriculum to write, and no business to build.

You bring classroom credibility; we provide polished materials and support. You will deliver services to diverse schools nationwide, earn per training event, complete a virtual trainer

Qualifications

• Be a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners in front of a room.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field
