This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role that fits around a full-time job or retirement.

You bring classroom credibility and experience; we provide complete, ready-to-deliver materials, trainer certification, and a supportive community. No quotas and no business to build from scratch.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Be self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Enjoy presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's we look for: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve
