Time To Teach is growing its national team of trainers and seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training developed since 1993.

This is remote-friendly independent contractor work with no quotas, no curriculum to write, and flexible scheduling. Trainers receive ready-to-deliver materials and pay per event, with certification provided virtually.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher or education professional with classroom experience.
• Ability to present, coach, or lead adult learners.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• No quotas or curriculum writing required; flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with professionalism, personality, and passion for educators.
