Job summary

Time To Teach is expanding its national trainer network and seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This remote-friendly, independent contractor role fits around a full-time job, family, or retirement, with no quotas or curriculum to write.

Trainers deliver research-based PD across public, private, and charter schools nationwide, using ready-to-deliver materials and a three-day virtual certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Experience presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Independent contractor (1099) opportunity, with no quotas and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development to teachers that can be used Monday morning.
• Help schools strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with long-tested strategies.
• Represent Time To Teach nationwide with personality, professionalism, and passion for educators.
