Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training nationwide. This is a flexible, independent contractor role with remote-friendly arrangements, built to fit around a full-time job, family, or retirement. No quotas and ready-to-use materials are provided.

Trainers bring classroom credibility and real-world experience; Time To Teach supplies certified training and national support to help educators succeed in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher or equivalent.
• Able to present, coach, or lead adult learners.
• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Willing to work around a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development for teachers.
• Help schools strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Represent Time To Teach nationwide using your real-world experience.
• Maintain personality, professionalism, and passion in all trainings.
