The Academic Coach will split time roughly 50-60% in classroom coaching and 40-50% in coaching duties such as professional development, data analysis, and coordination with school leaders to raise student achievement.

Responsabilités

• Lead classroom coaching with teachers (planning, demonstration, observation, co-teaching and study of lessons)
• Co‑manage coaching responsibilities (training, professional development for staff, data review, logs)
• Provide job-embedded professional learning aligned with school improvement goals
• Support collaboration and data-informed practice to boost student achievement
