Great Minds is seeking a part‑time PD Associate to support implementation services across schools. You will deliver professional development and on-site coaching, blending service offerings to help teachers adopt our curriculum products.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of teaching or coaching experience, including 1 year delivering PD.
• Deep content knowledge in humanities, mathematics, or science.
• Experience with both digital and print education platforms.
• Strong organizational habits for goal setting, project management, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in the Great Minds professional services catalog to provide high‑quality, on‑site support, coaching, and PD to assigned schools.
• Engage in cycles of internal training to develop expertise in new professional services offerings, general facilitation and coaching skills, and product familiarity.
• Cultivate a strong, supportive culture with trust, collegiality, curiosity, and quality across work environments.
